  • Joining in on club excursions, both flying and non-flying
  • or join our flight operations team to see how flights are dispatched and managed,
  • it is a bit like in an airline…
We would recommend your first flight to KL city to see from a different perspective, a Birds Eye view.

This flight allows you to see if you have what it takes to take the next step and become a pilot. And while being upfront with the pilot and we are able to see if you have what we are looking for to take you in as a student pilot…

Up there, 1500 feet above will hear all the conversations between ground, tower as well as Lumpur info south or Lumpur info north as well as other aircraft that operate on the same frequency.
This will also give you an appreciation of how different a small plane is from a jetliner, we will be flying at 1500 feet over the city area or with a 60 minutes flight we also will be intercepting a VOR inbound and outbound…. just like an airliner….

    The two popular destinations are...

A 30 minutes flight that will take you from Subang airport via Menara Telecom to the world-famous and tallest twin towers: Petronas towers Kuala Lumpur. A perfect time for you to take pictures, selfies with a great backdop all while flying in an aircraft. Passing Batu Caves as well as the infamous prison of Kuala Lumpur, also known as the Bamboo Hotel you will be able to see ( weather permitting) the biggest hotel in the distance high up on the mountains, the Genting Resort with its 6000 rooms.

The Royal Palace as well as the Mount Kiara, famous living area of Kuala Lumpur, 1500 feet above it all. Passing Bukit Lanjang you will see One Utama, the shopping complex in the Klang Valley. Passing the Curve and Mutiara Damansara with its newest and fastest-growing area in the Klang Valley back to Subang Airport.

If weather and traffic permit you will be able to take control of the aircraft under the supervision of the Flight Instructor to experience the effect of controls. After a safe and exciting landing at Subang Airport, you will find enough time to take more pictures and selfies together with the aircraft. There will be a 30 minutes briefing on all flights prior to the flight to share and explain.

A 60 minutes trip that will cover KL city, the Petronas towers as well as Batu caves, all of the above, but instead of staying within the City, we will venture out to the countryside, tracking via Templer’s park to the coastal fishing town of Kuala Selangor. From there we track via Melaka straits to Port Klang. This port serves the Klang Valley and was after Penang the second port in Malaysia. We will be able to see West port as well as the southern port where the famous Royal Selangor Yacht Club is located. From there we will track east and pass the Mosque with the largest Minarets in the world, the Shah Alam Mosque. Joining right downwind for runway 15 you will even have a chance to see the heavy-duty lifters for the Malaysian Air Force, the Hercules C 130, and the Airbus A400. Subang is besides a civilian, a helicopter, and a general aviation airport, also a military airport, one of the busiest airports in the country.
