July 1 & 2 2024 – Pangkor Island- Seafood curry meee
expedition mission accomplished, we went with 3 aircraft to Pangkor, had the legendary Curry Mee and toured the island on motor bikes. A 5 star trip that was brilliant.

2024 – Durian Tarts of Ipoh all available aircraft are booked and a whatsapp group will be started soon, interested to join to eat the famous Snow skin Durian Mochi… send a whatsapp to Andreas Winnen, he will put you on the list of participants.
At 07:00 all was dark September…. at 07:15 we had more wind and low clouds that we could have seen prior to sunrise. well the sun never came up and so we had to defer the Snow skin Durian Mochi to another day…… as the saying goes, better on the ground and wish to be up there than being up there wishing to be on terra firma as weather is all around. Safety first.

September 10 – 12 Selangor, Selangor Airshow Gathering, @ Caffeinees (Kampung Pandan) 16, Jalan Kampung Pandan, Kelab Golf di Raja Selangor. AAFC members as well as our foreign friends that come to attend the Selangor Airshow will get together staring at 7pm for this big feast. Ready to attend, please RSVP KJ aka Adv523 (012-338-6040) about your attendance. He will be collecting a pre payment of RM100. ( I guess we eat more that that.. so be prepared to fork out the rest at the restaurant that night.
What a day and what a night, many thanks go to all our visiting members and friends from Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia. Also a big thank you to our organising member KJ and Nicholas, who will be calling many more social events in the near future.

October 31- 2 November 2024 – Melaka air carnival, 
a three day trip to the Melaka International Air Carnival with lots of activities and a super spread of amazing Peranakan food awaiting us for dinner.

13 November 2024 – Race for a Breakfast in Ipoh
with super short notice the race was on. The last one pays for breakfast…

November 29 -1 December 2024 – Hatyai – Spicy-Tomy-Yummy this trip will be going up north to race for the Tom Yum in HatYai. Again we will bring all wings that can fly, so far confirmed is Captain Shah aka adv 917 on 9M-ZAR..
Up for grabs is still 9M-BDX and 9M-NKD.
N9235Q will be flown by adv 566 and 523, Nicholas and KJ.

December 2024 – Taiping – best beansprouts and silky noodles… will have at the FUT or also know as the Festival Udara Taiping. Under the umbrella of the MSAF this will be another great event.

2025 we will have a navigation race in Terrenganu. Under our AAFC Vice President Captain Imran Tom together with FAI (Federation Aviation Internationale – World Air Sports Federation ) 
having the first ever in Malaysia Navigation Race.
the winner will be representing Malaysia in the World Ranking of FAI…
we are expecting entry teams from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Germany as of today.
