True MINDSET ENHANCEMENT happens when all senses engage, focus towards emotional & psychological maturity standards in considering of material and human context. When experiences have meaning towards life in general, long-lasting internalization occurs.
The moment a 5-minute emotional-stressful experience is conquered with another person a bond for life can take place – the true sensation of camaraderie.
Mindset and thinking capabilities are reflected when encountering novel situations where the time frame to act/react is short. The higher the expectations, the higher the consequences. The shorter the time given to perform, the more our behaviour gets tested. And although succeeding individually will be highly regarded (individual KPI), true leadership is the reflection of the concerted effort and efficiency in all these aspects (corporate KPI through KBI – key behavioural indicators).
This Program is unique. Suspense, adventure and constant action will engulf each Team Member and the Team as a whole.
Aviation standards will transform business plans into flight plans. The cockpit becomes a complex command centre where the Pilot-in-Command – you – will ultimately execute the flight plan designed by your Navigator yet following the instructions of the Control Tower. No simulation, no role-playing. All will be real!

Preparing for & Dealing with the New, Complex, Unexpected & Unknown
Generally, we do not like surprises unless the overall outcome of the surprise is known to be positive. A fixed mindset can become the true inhibitor of moving forward, adapting to the realities of today and the likely changes of tomorrow.
The flexible mindset is what we all require at all management levels to give us a purpose to change.
This serves as evidence of evolution in all aspects: mentally and physically. An open mind opens opportunities.
Dismissing an opportunity to learn, to realize, to adapt is evidence of a mindset of complacency, of simplicity, of stagnation.
Wanting to know and see what is next takes courage. Courage triggers change. And if understanding and realization requires courage, what does pro-active action on logically required change qualify us as? The next spiritual level above courage!
This Program will create the initial sensation of your body being in the future yet your mind is not. But slowly, depending on the speed of your mindset adaptation, you will catch up with your body and maybe be able to go ahead of yourself mentally.
The Unique, Multi-dimensional Approach to Mission Planning, Management & Assessment
‘Group think & feel’ mentality can blind innovation to address complex future scenarios effectively. Seniority, authority, experience and strong character sometimes leads to an unrealistic perception of true mental and physical capabilities. ‘Top-down’, ‘direct & control’ environment management styles require high levels of credibility. Credibility in knowledge, skill and behaviour supported by a colourful set of positive and negative experiences: having truly learned from mistakes (we call it dopamine learning).
The complexities of the future challenges don’t wait for anybody. Strategies can no longer be a once-a- year conscious affair. They must constantly be realigned with the support of tools such as business intelligence, war gaming and scenario planning. Resources and technology can only be maximized through the improved capabilities of the people driving them. Talent and wisdom must then become more of a norm than the exception. Then we can compete with confidence, credence and passion. Sheer morale boosters, increased subject knowledge and extended strategic political networks will no longer be sufficient. The powerful yet short-term effects of “ra-ra-ra” coaching techniques may become questionable as efficient behaviour ‘shapers’.

During a relaxed, informal dinner we will get to know all the participants and understand the concept, methodology and structure of the Program.
Day 1 & 2:
Preparing the mind: Aviation Blueprints for Business
Our experiences change the way we think and these change our brain. The more we experience the more complex our thinking. This neuro- scientific approach to development will have far- reaching positive consequences which will impact all aspects addressed during the Program.
By understanding how we can guide the development of our brain via our mind, we can plan the circuitry within us: the chemical and electrical
connections that either support learning and higher levels towards a true capability not just a competency.
Once the most powerful driver, the mind & the brain have been explored, you will adventure into the alternatives within Behaviour & Mindset.
It will be an eye-opening session, when complex neuro-science and psychology will be understood from a very practical and understandable perspective.
As if preparing you for your commando mission through the air, you will begin to learn the most complex activity: the job of the Captain and the Flight Plan.
You will be so immersed in the subject because every bit of knowledge will be adapted to your business objectives. The complete aviation template, from within the airplane (cockpit, fuselage, wings, landing gear, etc) to the control tower, the weather, etc, will engage another thinking gear.
The aviation knowledge together with the translation of business situations and concepts start to crystalise into objective, evidence-based understanding. The realization of opportunities for thought and innovative thinking beyond the entrenched thinking highways carved and not put under extreme challenge in our life, so far.
The moment you learn how the wings can lift the heavy airplane full of passengers and cargo and then answer the question of: “Who are the wings in your Business Mission?” a sudden rush of awareness will bring you to a point of “aha”.
And when the Compass becomes the equivalent of the person whose duty & responsibility is to give you your exact position within your Business Mission, you suddenly realize your expectations and their limitations.
This two-day session is to prepare you theoretically and behaviouraly for the experience of a life-time: sitting in a cockpit and being part of a flight!
Day 3, 4 & 5
Business – Aviation – Business: Mission Realisation & Re-adaptation
Following a Briefing next to the airfield where you will be spending the next three surrealistic days, you will feel your adrenaline screeming, your endorphins shouting and your dopamine learning. You will be in another dimension. A dimension, 180 degrees rotated from your normal life. Different, raw, adventurous, exciting, captivating.
You will be exchanging roles from ground duties & responsibilities to the air. From being involved in detailed activities you will be suddenly part of the big picture. From dealing with your own behavioural challenges you will then have to assess the true talents of your team members.
Yes, you will take part in the planning, execution and assessment of flight plans. Sometimes in the cockpit and other times on the ground. Sometimes in full control of your actions to then rely on the guidance of others.Whilst you are grasping the complexity of it all, new dimensions will be introduced for you to add on to your menu of Self- and Team development. Emotions will resonate, psychological balances maintained, rational thinking processes put to the test, communication skills filtered for clarity, purity and timeliness. All, at the same time. All, focusing to attain the highest standards to succeed in theultimate Mission on Day 3.

Day 6 – The Debriefing
Mission Eagle Eye: What did it all mean?
Now, in the comfort of the classroom environment, you will participate in your own debriefing of what you and your Team have discovered so far.
Reviewing video clips of your actions or inactions during Days 3, 4 & 5, and adding the theoretical dimensions of the subjects, understanding what happened and why, will create learning. Behavioural and Neuro-scientific reference points will become part of the list of : What to do next or continue to improve or, maybe, realign.
These learning principles will encapsulate the Mi8T original business challenge. Ideas, solutions will emanate from a congruent, emotional blueprint, which each Team member fully shares. Words will reflect volumes of experiences. Intentions’ misinterpretations will be dimished. Respect for intellect and behaviour will surpass what used to be controlled by designation and seniority.
By translating Days 1-6 into the realms of your Teams expectations may even challenge standard operational procedures at work.
Day 7 & 8 – Adaptations At Work Integrity to Oneself
You have experienced, you have learned, you have evolved. Time to test your new-acquired knowledge, skills and behaviour – at work. The place where what is right should remain right and what is wrong must be extracted, understood, challenged and corrected.
Meetings are the most common and frequent environments that reflect individual & team efficiency and effectiveness. Its duration and repetition define behavioural, intellectual and practical standards.
Simple presentation tools, fuzzy language and historical knowledge will not be the driving force. Visualisation techniques to prepare for analysis towards foreknowledge of the future with high accuracy will gain centre-stage. Words will remain of critical value independent of the status of the person uttering them. It is in these scenarios that will put integrity in the right place!

Chief Flight Instructor Capt. Andreas J. Walther & Capt. Peter Jähne have adapted their knowledge – theoretical & practical – within the areas of aviation, business, psychology, emotional intelligence, neuro-science and the military to a compact multi-learning & experiential program.
Andreas and Peter, two Germans, culturally very exposed, (Latin to Southeast-Asian mentalities), will run an environment of parallel learning full of energy & discipline. Subject matter, behaviour, tools and processes will constantly be explored in this multi-dimensional approach.
Accelerated, leveraged, timely, continuous CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT are the areas Andreas & Peter have as main objective. It is about focusing the mind to maximize the rational and emotional brain’s activities.
Both experts, will act different roles and create an environment were each participant will feel a personal treatment yet the groups will be tested for their team spirit and team work.
Andreas and Peter will provide individual and group profiles for several focus areas and levels.
